Returns due to manufacturing defects
The consumer and user may return to VALTIBA S.L., free of charge, any defective product
or that does not conform to the description made within a period of one (1) year from the
date on which the customer received the product. Taking into account the nature of the
products purchased, the consumer and user will have a period of 14 days from when they
became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify VALTIBA, S.L. through the
CONTACT channel enabled for this purpose, indicating the product or defective products,
attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of
conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects observed, the purchase
order and any other additional documentation that allows identifying the purchase made by
the consumer and User.
Once VALTIBA, S.L. has received the communication from the consumer and user and
has analyzed the incident through its Quality Department, it will inform you as soon as
possible if the return of the product is appropriate or not, objectively attending to the nature
of the product or the nature of the alleged lack of conformity or defect. If the return is
appropriate, VALTIBA, S.L. will indicate to the consumer and user how to send the
defective product to its warehouses.
However, VALTIBA S.L. will not, in any case, be responsible for the products that are
returned without having initiated the procedure by the consumer and user following the
process detailed above.
Each product to be returned must be unused or, if the defect is noticed after normal and
daily use, in the best possible condition, and must be returned together with all its labels,
packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory items that came with
it. If the consumer and user do not proceed in this way, VALTIBA, S.L. and, in particular, its
Quality Department, will have to objectively assess the incident, determining whether the
product is defective based on its nature and the nature of the alleged fault. conformity or
defect.
VALTIBA S.L. informs the consumer and user that, based on the characteristics of the
products, their repair generally cannot be carried out because it would be disproportionate.
If, due to the characteristics of the specific product and the defect, its repair is possible, the
consumer and user will be expressly informed of this circumstance, giving them the
possibility of choosing between a replacement or its repair.
Per the foregoing, the consumer and user may replace the defective product with another
of identical characteristics, not incurring any expense for the replacement of the product. If
it is not possible to replace the defective product with another with identical characteristics,
you will be offered the possibility of choosing a new similar model.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or of the new model that the
consumer and user choose as appropriate will be made within five (5) business days
following the date on which VALTIBA S.L. will confirm to the consumer and user the
replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
If the repair of the product could not be carried out and that the replacement of the product
was not by the contract, the consumer and user may choose to terminate the contract.
VALTIBA, S.L. informs consumers and users that the term for the return of the amounts
paid will depend on the payment method that the consumer and user would have used
when purchasing the product:
• If the consumer and user have made the payment through credit/debit card, VALTIBA
S.L. will refund the amount paid within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when
the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the remote order placed on
non-personalized products without giving a reason, during a period of fourteen (14)
calendar days from the correct reception of the product. The consumer and user may send
the entire order or, if they prefer, they may send any of the products that make up the total
order and, all of this, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
The consumer and user must bear the direct cost of the return to VALTIBA S.L., whether
they return the entire order or decide to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact VALTIBA S.L. at the address
amigos@valtiba.com. Once said communication has been received, VALTIBA S.L. will
indicate the method of sending the order to its offices or warehouses.
VALTIBA S.L. is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires
to return the order. In this sense, VALTIBA S.L. recommends the consumer and user
require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the
product in the offices of VALTIBA, S.L., so that the consumer and user is aware that the
product has been correctly delivered to VALTIBA S.L. VALTIBA, S.L. is not responsible for
the address where the consumer and user send the order for its return if it is different from
those indicated. VALTIBA, S.L. may request the consumer and user to send said proof of
delivery to verify it.
The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging, and -if
applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the
consumer and user do not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage,
the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that
VALTIBA, S.L. may reject the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and user.
Once VALTIBA, S.L. verifies that the order is in optimal conditions, VALTIBA, S.L. will
proceed to return all the amounts paid by the consumer and user.
If the consumer and user decide to return the order in its entirety, VALTIBA, S.L. will return
to the consumer and user all the amounts that they have paid (including the shipping costs
related to the delivery of VALTIBA, S.L. to the consumer and user).
If the consumer and user only wished to return one or some of the products that were part
of the order, VALTIBA S.L. will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the consumer
and user has paid for the entire order.
VALTIBA, S.L. informs consumers and users that the term for the return of the amounts
paid will depend on the payment method used by the consumer and user when purchasing
the product:
If the User has made the payment by credit card /debit, VALTIBA, SL will refund the
amount paid within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when the consumer and
user decided to terminate the contract.
In any case, VALTIBA, SL will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, within
fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the consumer and user are
informed of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
In the case of promotions applicable to the acquisition of independent items that include
the addition of an additional product, being by way of example, but not limited to, 2×1, 3×2
promotions or any other that implies the delivery of an extra product for free or at a
reduced price if the consumer and user decides to apply their right of withdrawal on their
purchase, said right will have effects on the set of products provided as part of the
promotion.
Product Exchange Policy
VALTIBA S.L. does not admit the exchange between a product purchased by the
consumer and the user for another product that is offered on the Website.
If the consumer and user wants to make a change to a product, the right of withdrawal
must be exercised on the same described above and subsequently buy the new product
they want.
